www.allvoices.com – Federal prosecutors filed 49 separate charges against Loughna Jared, the man accused of killing six people and wounded in the head to Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson, Arizona, last January.

The charges, which include several counts of murder, were brought before a federal grand jury as part of the process that will determine whether or not to seek the death penalty for Lougher, 22.

Lougher had been charged in January before a state grand jury and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Among those killed in the shooting, which occurred in a shopping center in Tucson, there was a federal judge and a girl of nine years.

Thirteen people were also injured during the incident, including Congresswoman Giffords, who is recovering satisfactorily.
