Teen ‘Bully’ Accused Of Toilet-Tipping
NEW CASTLE, Del. – Police in Delaware have charged a 14-year-old after they say he forced a 7-year-old inside a “Port-O-John” and intentionally knocked it over, hurting and trapping the boy.
Depsite his age, police have released his name. Magee Almadhrahi lives of the 600 block of Postfield Drive in the community of Scottfield. He has been charged with unlawful imprisonment, assault and harassment, according to New Castle County Police.
Officers responding Sunday at 7:45 p.m. to the 100 block of Scottfield Drive for a report of an assault spoke with the 7-year-old’s father, Dave Motero,who reported his son, Zach, and two other youths were approached by Almadrahi as they rode their bikes in Hann Park.
The father told police that the teen threatened his son and forced him into a portable toilet in the park.
Police allege that the “bully” then kicked the portable toilet over and walked away, leaving Zach injured screaming inside while urine and feces poured all over him.
The two friends, ages 7 and 8, were able to lift the bathroom up enough to allow Zach to crawl out .
Zach suffered a minor knee injury and then went home and told his father, police said.
The teen was arrested at his home, arraigned on the charges and released to his parents on $4,000 unsecured bail, police said. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
