Oh flappycakes the new judge isn’t on anybody’s side. Judge Smith (you probably didn’t even know his name though you claim you have info from the courts) has only heard the restraining order and sanctions.

So, if the above information from Connies supporters is accurate, IT’S ALL BEEN A LIE ABOUT THE JUDGE RECOMMENDING AN EX PARTE HEARING IF VISITATION ISN’T RESTORED IMMEDIATELY.

Perhaps that is why Connie has never answered WHY she has never sought to restore visitation and never filed for an ex parte hearing. It was just a lie, just a ‘bone’ she tossed to her supporters to give them some hope. After all, Connies lack of doing A THING to see her child, is clear demonstration she only has one interest, and that is slamming and defaming her daughters innocent father.

So there it is folks, your answer regarding the ex parte.

Connie, do you really want to go to jail? because you know darlin’ that is where you are headed. Do yourself a favor. Check yourself in with a good shrink. Determine why you have this problem with paranoia over what is clearly normal childhood behavior and why despited numerous specialists clearly making certain your child is SAFE you can’t believe them. There is NO way 50 plus specialists would be fooled.

The only fool in this case is you Connie, and unless you get yourself the help you need, you risk not only jail, but also having your parental rights permanently terminated. Is it REALLY worth losing your daughter over not seeking the help you need?

Wouldn’t it be funny if dad really was evil and it was found that *he* was the one putting all of this out on the internet, in order to make it *look like* mom was doing it?

Of course, once this comment gets posted, mom & friends will decide that that’s what really is happening, or that that’s a good thing to accuse him of doing. It will be interesting to see how they go about accusing him of it, though, without posting about it somewhere.

I mean really, it’s nice to see the crap has stopped other than the hate filled site with the video the “mothers friends” created for her.

Is it neccessary to keep this nonsense going simply to rub it in this mothers face? Aaliyah isn’t going to be reading any Christmas wishes here.

Couldn’t it just be left alone for once and for all? At least until an announcement that stupid Save A site is finally gone or the mother has been charged criminally. Why the fathers supporters now being the ones to continue this nonsense and rub it in Connies face?

It is sad Connie still hasn’t managed to visit her child. Maybe it is for the best.

Or are they going to happen this week? or next? or before the end of the year at least.

I also remember that there were promises of some master plan or major event in this case. Is it that Connie found twitter? Where is this major TV coverage- surely it is not the tweets to celebs asking for them to look at her site that is supposed to get her on TV?

And when is it all of America will be watching Dustin go down into flames??
