Playboy Hopes To Find Playmate In Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla. — Scouts from a popular magazine are in Orlando searching for their next top model.
Playboy magazine pulled into the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando Wednesday morning in search of a Playmate.
“For a woman to get nude this is the classiest way to do it. What better way to present it than in Playboy magazine?” aspiring Playmate Charlotte Lambert said.
“This will be big time. At same time, I feel it could open more doors as well,” aspiring Playmate Jessica Thomas said.
Amber Shreves, 19, flew from Missouri. She skipped school and thinks she has what it takes.
“Being a good girl and being a bad girl. Put me in black and red and I’ll be bad,” Amber Shreves said.
The casting call is for the magazine’s special edition that comes out twice a month.
It’s Playboy’s third visit to Orlando, and in the past they have found some of their top models.
“We’re looking for ladies for Playboy TV, radio, cyber club, the online component, even the mobile division,” Jeff Cohen of Playboy said.
One established Playmate made the trip to check the women in during the casting call.
Lisa Neeld is giving tips and letting many of the young women who show up with their parents know that this could change their life.
“I have gotten a radio show, been in a movie with Corey Hane. It opens the doors for many other magazines,” Neeld said.
