TAMPA – An investigation into online child porn has led to more charges against a retired high school guidance counselor and the arrest of two other men, including a local golf professional, deputies said Wednesday.

Robert Frederick Murray, 54, was working at Brandon High School when he was arrested in November on 80 counts of possessing child pornography. Investigators now have added an additional 100 counts.

Ten computers were seized from his Brandon home. Seven of the computers have yet to be searched, sheriff’s spokesman Larry McKinnon said.

Murray was placed on paid leave after his arrest but later retired.

In the two other cases, 53-year-old Donald M. Dale of Lutz and 42-year-old David Kenneth Glandt of Tampa turned themselves in Wednesday at Falkenburg Road Jail.

Dale, who is unemployed, and Glandt, a golf professional at Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club, each face 10 counts of possession of child pornography, the sheriff’s office said.

Members of the Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club said they were disappointed. “I think that is shocking,” said club member John Basile. “Yeah, absolutely. You know anytime something like that happens you’re very surprised.”

Glandt was released on $75,000 bail. Dale is being held on $75,000 bail, records show.
