PALM BAY, Fla. (wftv)– Investigators are sorting through evidence they spent hours collecting late Tuesday night from a Palm Bay home where a man is accused of plotting to chain a woman up and keep her as a sex slave.
Police arrested 44-year-old Tony Green at his home on Wyoming Drive, Tuesday. (see map) He could face 30 years in prison for the crime, and police say it is likely there are other victims because the set up he had was elaborate.
Eyewitness News was at the scene as detectives pulled bin after bin of evidence from Tony Green’s home.

Police say leather straps, chains and handcuffs paint a picture about what the 44-year-old had in mind before he was arrested. They say he planned for months on how to restrain the woman and keep her as a sex slave.
“He was going to take nude photos of her then use them to blackmail her into having sex with him once a week,” said Detective Steve Hill, Palm Bay Police Department.
Investigators say Green had built a bondage device carry out the crime.
“Police say you wanted to make the victim your sex slave. Do you have anything to say about that?” asked Eyewitness News reporter Mark Boyle as Green was led away by police.
Investigators say Green is a long-time friend of the woman and asked her to come over to give him a ride to pick up his truck on Monday. When she showed up at his home he attacked her. He managed to get one handcuff on her wrist, but she fought back and after approximately two hours convinced him to let her go.
Once she was free, the victim went straight to police.
“We see a lot of weird stuff and I hate to say I’ve never seen anything like this, but I’ve never seen anything like this,” said Detective Hill.
Green has been charged with kidnapping, attempted sexual battery, aggravated stalking, battery, and threats and extortion. He is being held without bond until he faces a judge in jail court on Wednesday morning. The investigation is ongoing.
