Man Accused Of Fondling Himself In Front Of Kids
MIAMI (CBS4) ― A South Florida man was arrested and taken into custody after he allegedly touched himself inappropriately near where a group of kids were celebrating a birthday party.
It happened last Sunday at the Grapeland Water Park, at 1550 NW 37th Avenue, in Miami. Miami police said they received a call from an off duty Miami-Dade police sergeant who was at the park with his family at the birthday party. When a Miami police officer arrived at the park he was met by Sgt. Carlos Rosario said there was a man on a bench who had been watching the kids at the party while he ‘rubbed his personal area’ for a long period of time.
Police say Rosario had videotaped the man, later identified as 56-year-old Roberto Delgado, and showed it to the officer. Delgado was arrested and charged with 20 counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition in front of a child under 16 years of age.
He’s being held on $150 thousand bond.
