Lawsuit: homeless beaten for cash

ST. PETERSBURG – A lawsuit filed in behalf of two men claims they were homeless when they were enticed to endure “beatdowns” in exchange for $50.

The beatdowns were allegedly performed by scantily-clad women and later posted on a website.

J.P Florida Productions, Jeffrey Williams and “Cindy Doe” and “Jane Does 1-5″ are named as defendants.

According to the suit, the website exploits the homeless and exposes them to serious physical injury and psychological distress.

Homeless advocate G.W. Rolle has documented the injuries and made audio recordings of some of the alleged victims the past three months.

“Somebody’s going to die,” Rolle said Tuesday. “And that’s what I don’t want to happen. I don’t want it to happen for the [website] folks, and I don’t want it to happen for my community.”

According to the lawsuit, some of the beatdowns occurred in the garage of a townhome close to Tropicana Field.

A man answering the door who would not identify himself said videos are no longer recorded at that location, but are still being made in Clearwater.

FOX 13 News attempted to contact the operators of the website through its “Contact Us” page.

An unsigned response denied the accusations, and said the response would come in court.

I have been in these videos in the past.I do not regret any of this.I am a submissive.I am into this stuff.I am not homeless and I make my own money. This isn’t for everybody.

Safe,Sane and Consensual is a common term heard in BDSM.No one should ever be forced to do anything they don’t want to.Someone should be mentally stable to make an intelligent, independent decision. This should be safe and help to minimize any real danger. It is really about common sense.
