Italian prime minister, Berlusconi punched in face

www.examiner.com — Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi collapsed after he was punched in the face by a local man. The punch left Berlusconi with a bloody mouth is said to be shocked by the incident. Berlusconi was taken to the hospital and is said to be in a stable condition.
The local man has beem arrrested and is being Identified as Massimo Tartaglia by the police. He is said to have had a history of mental issues.
According to details the incident happened at the end of a speech as the prime minister was signing autographs.
