In his previous court appearance, McTear professed love for the baby’s mother, his ex-girlfriend. “I love you, Jasmine,” he said on his way out of the courtroom. Today, Judge Gregory Holder admonished McTear for his statement, which led Jasmine’s to collapse outside the courthouse.
