www.usatoday.com — A 33-year-old Florida man died early today after being Tasered during a struggle with five police officers at the Universal Studios complex in Orlando.

Police said that Adam Spencer Johnson, of Winter Haven, was “pacing around, grabbing his beard, grabbing his head … being disorderly” outside a theater around midnight at Universal CityWalk, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Four off-duty officers moonlighting as security guards contacted an on-duty officer to help restrain Johnson, but he resisted violently, police said. One officer used his stun gun while others handcuffed Johnson, who became unresponsive. CPR failed, and he was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Universal Studios would not comment.

An autopsy was performed and toxicology results are pending.

WFTV reports that Johnson, who turned 33 on Wednesday, had no criminal record and that “there was nothing in [his] past that explains his behavior before he died.”
