Elvis’ hair up for auction
October 9th, 2009 by Staff
A clump of Elvis Presley’s hair is expected to fetch up to $12,000 when it goes up for auction later this month.
The black locks were salvaged by a friend of the King’s in 1958 after Presley enlisted in the U.S. Army.
The hair is being sold as part of a collection of Elvis memorabilia, which includes signed records, photos and clothing, which will go under the hammer on October 18th in Chicago, Illinois.
