DCF Reportedly Visits Tiger Woods’ Home
WINDEREMERE, Fla. – Investigators with the Department of Children and Family Services reportedly paid a visit to Tiger Woods’ Isleworth home this weekend. TMZ.com is reporting that investigators visited the Woods home Saturday after receiving a complaint stemming from Tiger Woods’ car crash in November.
Eyewitness News checked with DCF and officials confirm that investigators did visit a home in Isleworth, but DCF officials wouldn’t say whose home they visited.
Meanwhile, the fallout from Woods’ personal life continues as another sponsor announced it is dropping the world famous golfer. Global consulting firm Accenture announced Sunday that its ending its relationship with Woods, because he’s “no longer the right representative”.
The announcement comes one day after Gillette said it would start phasing Woods out of its advertisements.
Tiger Woods recently posted a statement on his website saying he was taking an “indefinite” break from the PGA tour to work on becoming a “better husband, father, and person.” He also admitted to being unfaithful to his wife.
Industry analysts have estimated that Woods could lose $180 million dollars in endorsements, tournament winnings and appearance fees if he takes the entire 2010 season off.
