If the officer ordered her to stay in the vehicle and she made a sudden move to exit the vehicle, what should the officer think? If the officer tased her (he does not know her intentions after being ordered to stay in the Vehicle) then the NAACP and Sharpton would have a field day and probably ruin this officers career, as well as his personal life. I am an adult student of engineering at Brevard Community College in Melbourne, FL. UCF and BCC have an agreement for the seamless transfer of students seeking their BS/BA degree at UCF. I was told that unless I take a year of a foreign language (8 credits at $90 per credit plus a $200 book), I can not enter UCF as a student. I am apparently missing something here. She has the privelage of driving a motor vehicle without understanding English in an English speaking country. I have the right to recieve an education in a State University subsidized by taxpayer dollars but am turned away due to the fact that I have not taken a foreign language? At the same time, CNN noted that she has "been living legally in the United States since 1980" - SINCE 1980 !!!! 30 BLEEDING YEARS ! She's not "in the process" of learning English - she's been here 30 years ! She's never going to learn English ! WTF??????
