Report says Tim Tebow has signed a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles

Tebow becomes the fourth QB the Eagles have on their roster - joining Mark Sanchez, Sam Bradford and Matt Barkley.

(MyFoxTampaBay.com) PHILAELPHIA, Pa. – Tim Tebow, the former Florida Florida Gator standout, will be offered a contract Monday by the Philadelphia Eagles. The story was first reported by Jay Glazer of Fox Sports.

Tebow, who won the Heisman trophy in 2007, last played in the NFL with the New York Jets. He was last signed by the New England Patriots in 2013 but did not make the squad.

The Eagles have a glut at the quarterback position, so one or more rostered players may be dealt on draft day April 30th.

Marcus Mariota, the reigning Heisman winner, played for Eagles head coach Chip Kelly at Oregon. The Eagles have the 20th pick in the draft and would have to move up considerably to get to Mariota.
