Tuesday on the show we heard from Madison the Canadian Tranny Trucker, potential jurors for the Casey Anthony trial called the show with their commentary on the show’s coverage of the case and Bubba reported breaking news of a police involved car crash with the help of the Bubba Army.

What was the charge and potential penalty for killing the hog?
Tampering with a jury can cost the taxpayers a lot of money if it results in a mistrial. Tampering with the jury can cost taxpayer wasted time in selecting the jury as well. Wasted time = taxpayers $$. But luckily there are penalties to try to deter people from tampering with juries.
Look what tampering with the jury can get you:

918.12 Tampering with jurors.—Any person who influences the judgment or decision of any grand or petit juror on any matter, question, cause, or proceeding which may be pending, or which may by law be brought, before him or her as such juror, with intent to obstruct the administration of justice, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

    History.—s. 1, ch. 72-315; s. 1540, ch. 97-102.
