Segment 1 – Coming up on the show

Bubba started by congratulating Bobby Lagsett, as he’s the FaceBook
fan of the day, he then plugged what they’ve got coming up on the show
for the next few days, he wonders if the Super Hero guys have beat
people up, Manson doesn’t think so, Brent said there were no scores
for last night, he then thanked Bubba for his book meeting yesterday.
They then went to commercials a few seconds later.

Segment 2 – Elvis discussions, Emails

Coming out of commercials, we heard a promo for Early Enlistment,
followed by “” by Elvis. Bubba said Elvis must’ve been screwing a lot
of chicks, as a lot of his songs were about cheating, he then said
Hammil gave him a huge picture of Elvis, he admonished Twenty-five for
not being able to locate it. Twenty-five came in saying he was in the
bathroom, Ned thinks Twenty-five was pooping in his office. Spice then
described the picture, that shows Elvis and Priscilla and Elvis
cutting the wedding cake, with a note from William Miller about
investigating Priscilla for cheating, Bubba thanked Twenty-five for
bringing that in, he thinks hammil is obsessed with Elvis. Ron in St.
Pete said that Elvis would be a kid toucher if Elvis was doing what he
did back in the day. . The first email asked where they can get
chicken dip in St. Augustine, Bubba said Food Lion should have it.
Another email said there’s a new red light camera; the emailer hopes
the camera isn’t a success. Another email said they worked for Publix
for 30 years, the emailer thinks Publix will make their own chicken
dip and put their name on it, Bubba said this just smashes Dave
Miley’s dreams. Another email agreed with Bubba on his loser pays
mindset. Another email said they were talking to a friend last night
about one of Bubba’s old restaurants, Bubba thinks it was “Planet
Bubba”, Spice said he had fun there, until he got accused of rape.
Bubba said he just converted a closet into a VIP room. Another email
said they’ll be in Ocala, the emailer asked if they could meet Bubba,
Bubba said he could. Another email said they’ve been hooked on the
show from day one, the emailer likes how they can hear the show
anywhere, the emailer asked for a Bubba Army sticker, Bubba said they
can send him something. Kevin in Boston said they’ve got about three
or four feet on the ground, he said he’s on the run from probation, he
said the jail in Florida is terrible, he said his car got impounded a
couple of nights ago, Ned thinks the guy is a little fish, Brent said
the guy is just rambling on. Bubba told Ned he was dynoing a motor
yesterday, he said Clay Ziggler had a new system for him to try, he
added 22 more horse power than normal, he then recapped what he’s got
coming up, Manson said that if a cop tells him anything, he’ll hit the
floor. They then went to commercials a few seconds later.

Segment 3 – Man shot by cops; Tampa Bay Rays add Manny Ramirez and Johnny Damon

Coming out of commercials, we heard a promo for the Bubba Army App.
Bubba came on saying Kevin Hayslett will be on the show today, as well
as Spice’s big announcement, he then said some guy tried to grab a
cop’s gun, he said generally that never ends well, he said the family
is now saying this was unwanted. We then heard a news clip about that,
the guys think the guy is guilty based on his name, we then heard “The
Taco and Burritos Song”, which is not in the catalog. Spice wonders if
one of the guys in the clip even belongs here, he thinks they should
wait for the dash cam footage to come out. We then heard a news clip
about the Rays adding Manny Ramirez and Johnny Damon, Bubba thinks
it’s a good move; he likes how Johnny acted as Manny’s translator.
Allan said the guy was pulled over for driving erratically, he
presented a false ID, he said the media isn’t reporting it properly.
Mark in Naples said Manny is a cancer, Bubba said he’s heard that for
years, he said baseball is broken, he said there could’ve been some
teams Carl Crofferd could’ve gone to, he then said the WBC didn’t show
up at the funeral for the kids, he then said the lawyer in the Casey
Anthony case was hit with Ethic complaints. They then went to
commercials a few seconds later.

Segment 4 – Rich Guzzi calls in, various stuff

Coming out of commercials, we heard a promo for Early Enlistment,
followed by “Everything You Want” by Vertical Horizon. Jane on
protection said she heard Bubba talking about the WBC, saying that she
feared they would show up, Bubba said Shirley is crazy, he said the
kids needed to be resting in peace, the woman said some of the kids
are still having a hard time with it. Spice thinks she has a good
message, he thinks she should be calling a Christian Radio show. We
then heard a clip from yesterday’s show, where Bubba thinks the WBC
won’t show up at the funeral, he thinks Shirley just fires out press
release, Spice joked that she picketed the Super Bowl. We then heard a
news clip about the funeral, Bubba wonders what is so bad about the
super Bowl. Rich Guzzi came on, he said he has a show in Sarasota at
McCurties, he said he wanted to help Brent out, he hasn’t responded,
he wondered if Brent was miffed, Brent said he’s super busy, he said
they have a deadline of getting the book done. Spice said that there’s
a bill to ban hypnotists from performing on stage, Rich said hypnotism
is used every day, he said that bill has been around for years. Bubba
plugged Rich’s website,, Rich thinks big things will
happen for Brent. Ray said the NAACP wants to look at the cop shooting
in St. Petersburg, Bubba thinks it’s par for the course, he thinks all
bets are off if you shoot first, he then recapped Grady Judd’s “We ran
out of bullets” line, he then said he was talking with Grady, Grady
told him he was ready for his next quote, about his guys having to go
back to the shooting range. We then heard a news clip about some kids
who tried to hit an old man with a bat, he ended up shooting them,
Bubba thinks Ned would do that, Ned said he couldn’t understand what
the guy was saying, Brent said he got hit with a bat. Kegan said he
lives in Jacksonville, he’s originally from Kansas, he said the WBC
would always be there. Bubba thinks if the media stops responding,
they’ll go away. Kegan said that they have a lot of lawsuits against
them. We then heard a news clip about a 3 year-old kid calling 911
about his Dad accidently cutting himself, Bubba said this kid is the
man, he’s not sure if the kids would’ve been able to do that at such a
young age. We then heard the 911 call, Bubba isn’t sure if his kids
knew about 911 when they were 3, he stopped and started to translate
what the kid was saying, Manson said that makes him want to cry, he
said that was amazing, Bubba said this was a breath of fresh air. They
then went to commercials a few seconds later.

Segment 5 – Legal Advice with Kevin Hayslett

Coming out of commercials, we heard a promo for Early enlistment,
followed by Kevin hayslett’s bumper. Bubba said Kevin has about 21,000
followers on Twitter, he thinks Kevin is all about social networking
these days. Jenn on protection said she has a 16 year-old daughter,
she was convicted for armed burglary, she was there when it happened.
Kevin asked if she has a prior record, the woman said a gun was stolen
from the house, Kevin said anytime fire arms are involved, it elevates
the sentence, he suggested she get someone to help her out. Jenn said
that her daughter has had prior run-ins; Bubba thinks she’s got
involved with the wrong crowd. The woman said she has 11 felonies,
Bubba thinks she should keep a better eye on her daughter. Kevin said
the problem won’t be solved by the juvenile system, it needs to be
solved at home, he said that the consequences need to be taught at
home, he said that he’s a big proponent of kids to play sports. Todd
in Lakeland said he had two arrest convictions for Meth, he said it’s
awful, he said that stuff will destroy your life, he then asked if he
could get his record expunged, Kevin said they’ll have to pick one of
his charges. Bubba took a call from a guy who said that a few weeks
ago, he was near a club one night, one of his friends was near a cop,
he grabbed his friend to tell him it was time to go, the cop turned
around and tazzed the first guy in the chest. Kevin said that he
wouldn’t recommend going to Ybor. Bubba read an email from someone
saying they Ned Kevin’s help with traffic tickets in Alabama, Kevin
said he has some contacts up there. Chris in Daytona said about 15
years ago, he was found guilty for not changing his plates, he said he
was charged with domestic abuse, Kevin said he heard half of it, he
said the plate charge will be a problem, as he was adjudicated guilty.
Another email asked Kevin if he does duis, Kevin said he’d be happy to
help him, he said he does a lot of them. Amanda said her boyfriend got
pulled over on a suspended license, it’s his fifth time, it’s been
revoked because of it, Manson suggests she just get a new boyfriend.
Bubba said it does make you a bad guy in his book. Kevin said he’s
able to go back and look at his priors, he said he can do a lot with
this kind of case. Bubba took a call from a guy who said in June of
2007, he was trying to overcome cocaine addiction, he said he sold
some stolen property, Kevin said that can’t be sealed or expunged, he
said if you’re going to need a lawyer, hire him for the first offence,
he said he’s excited about, Spice said he’d like to take
it to the next level. Kevin gave a shoutout to his son’s soccer team;
Manson said that Berlin is one of the fastest people in his family.
They then went to commercials a few seconds later.

Segment 6 – Spice’s Big Announcement

Bubba came on saying Spice is ready to make his announcement, but Ned
and Manson aren’t in the studio. We then heard Ned’s “Crazy Bitch”.
Bubba said for the people who are really pissed by the song, he
happens to agree with them on this one, he said the colonel seems like
a really good guy, he then said they asked the ladies only to vote on
the song, he said people shouldn’t be mad at anyone but Ned, he then
through it over to Spice for his big announcement. Spice said that
he’s engaged to Tasha, the guys congratulated him for it, we then
heard the tymbal. Spice thanked Old North East Juilers for hooking him
up with a ring, he said they were in bed chilling, she was busting his
nads for it, he asked her to propose to him, as he wasn’t going to do
it, he said he pulled the ring out of nowhere, he thinks the
engagement will be a long time. Bubba said he can’t let this one slip
by, Spice said they haven’t talked about the details of it. Jenny
thinks Bubba needs to stop being a bitch about Ned’s song, she said
she loved it; Bubba said she’s not the one who has to take the public
ridicule. Jason in St. Petersburg said he got married to a woman who
had a kid; he said it was the best thing ever. Spice said he’s been
engaged for a week, he said he talked to the kid about the marriage,
Bubba then goofed on Spice for that. Tasha came on saying they want it
to be fun, she said the more people the better, Spice said it would be
whatever she’d want to do. Bubba thinks Fall of 2012 works out, Spice
said he was glad he was locking it in, he said the church Tasha wants
to do it at is nice, but he has to be a member, Bubba told spice he
had no idea what he’s getting into, he thinks Spice makes more money
than Tasha’s ad does, Tasha said Spice makes great money. Bubba
congratulated Tasha for the news; Tasha said she loves Spice with all
of her heart. Bubba thinks Spice will be a great step Dad, Spice said
he met her through the show, Bubba thinks the show shamed Tasha in to
giving Spice her number, Spice told her not to lose the ring, Tasha
said she’d be willing to commute, bubba thinks Spice as one hell of a
woman, he then said he’s excited for Spice and her, he said if she
needs a good pre-nup, she could borrow his. Tasha said she felt
something that day; they had a great first date. Bubba said that he’s
not going to explain what is a part of the pre-nup just yet, Spice
said he gets why she’d want to keep her stuff in her possession. Jamey
in Ohio said her husband loves the chicken dip, she said she loves
Ned’s song, she then congratulated Spice, she then suggested a wedding
in Vegas, Spice said that’s a thought. Bubba said he won’t go if it’s
a destination wedding, he said he can’t get Manson to go across the
bridge, he thinks Aubry will be one of Spice’s best men, Spice said
he’d like to do it in October or later. Mike in Clearwater asked how
long will it last; Bubba thinks they can’t do that until it’s closer
to the wedding. Bill thinks Spice lost his pimp card, Spice said he’s
fine with tapping out of the game. They then went to commercials a few
seconds later.

Segment 7 – Man robbed at gun point

Coming out of commercials, we heard a promo for the Bubba Army Android
app. Bubba said all the World of outlaw guys are in town, we then
heard a news clip about the funeral of the kids, Bubba thinks it’s
good Ned’s mic was down, he then said that Beavis and Butt-head will
be coming back, Spice thinks it’s too late, he said when South Park
came along, he doesn’t think they can come back as strong, Bubba
thinks there’s enough room for both shows, Manson said that his kids
watched South park when they were around 12, as everyone was clowning
them for missing it. Bubba then read an email from a guy who owns a
landscaping company, he noticed a black man eyeing up his golden
necklace. The guy got a call about a cleanup job; he said that he
would do it on Tuesday. He realized it was the guy from the gas
station, once he went into the backyard, another black man was there,
he was then held at gun point, everything was taken. Several minutes
later, the guys had walked away; he and two of his employees ran away.
Bubba wonders how bad the environment is, he wonders how many people
have this mindset, Spice said it must’ve been a nice chain. Bubba
wonders if you carry a gun or not in that situation, Spice said people
that have 4Square on Twitter are basically setting themselves up for
an issue, Manson thinks people are marks for themselves. Bubba said
that over 44 million people are on food stamps, the largest being in
the District of Columbia, he then went over the breakdown. David, the
guy who got robbed came on the line, he said he missed the show
reading his email, his girlfriend told him they were talking about it,
he then said the guy at the gas station was blocking the pumps he
needed to use, the guy said this was at 22nd street and 52nd avenue,
Brent said that’s right near his parent’s house. David said the house
was a foreclosed home, he said they do a bunch of those kinds of
properties; he then said that they were forced to remove their chains.
Bubba thinks the guy should just keep it at home, he said the guy is
five foot eight, about 160 pounds, he said the guy looked like Young
Jeezy, he said he wears his chain everywhere, he said the guys were
incredibly calm. Bubba said Steve from Step’s Towing texted him,
saying he got robbed over a year ago, he said it may start with a
carjacking, but it’s hard to tell where it stops. Taylor thinks they
should all carry guns just in case. John on protection suggested they
pull the cell phone records. We then heard a news clip about the guy
who attacked a clerk, he has been arrested.

Segment 8 – Ray ray calls in

Coming out of commercials, we heard a promo for Early Enlistment.
Bubba said tomorrow they’ll have Team Justice in studio, he said these
guys look for people who are breaking the law, he said Robby will be
on the receiving end. We then heard Ray ray’s bumper, Ray ray said he
has a job making sandwiches, he’s not doing steak on the state
anymore, he said you can hate if you want to, he’s doing good, he
suggested people stay out of New Jersey, he got put in jail for
fighting with an Italian guy, he said people also need to watch out
for the ladies who will mug people, he thinks that had a girl called
the landscaping guy, he would’ve been there the same day, “the Boopity
Song” from “Bubba show classics Vol. 11”, track 23 was heard in the
background, ned said he didn’t understand a word he just said. Tim
said that one of his friends had that happen to him with some
strippers; they then ended the show a few seconds later.
