Polk deputies on lookout for convenience store burglary suspects

The suspects broke into the store just after 4 am on Tuesday.

Mini Macs burglary(BTLS Staff) BABSON PARK, Fla. – Authorities in Polk County are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a trio of burglary suspects.

The men broke into Mini Macs convenience store in the 900 block of North Scenic Highway in Babson Park just after 4 am Tuesday.

According to a Polk County Sheriff’s Office report the crime took approximately 60 seconds to complete. The report states the suspects broke out the front, glass door to gain access to the business.

The men took the cash register, some cigars and cash. Detectives believe a fourth suspect may have waited outside.
