Police: Pinellas Park man sexually assaulted co-worker

Arguellas-Castillo, 30, is being held on a bond of $50,000.

(BTLS Staff) PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – A 30-year-old Pinellas Park man is facing sexual battery charges after he allegedly assaulted a female co-worker.

The incident occurred at the Athenian Gyros and Chicken location in the 5300 block of Park Blvd. last weekend.

According to a Pinellas Park Police Department Maximino Arguelles-Castillo was booked into the Pinellas County Jail where he is being held on a bond of $50,000.

Investigators say the suspect forced himself on a 17-year-old girl while the two were working together at the eatery. Arguelles-Castillo was interviewed by detectives and claimed the sex was consensual.

He is charged with a first-degree felony charge of sexual battery on a person under the age of 18.
