Pats teammates ribbing Gronk about kitten photo shoot

Gronkowski posed with some feline friends for a recent ESPN shoot touting his 'softer side.'

(CSNNE.COM) FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – It sounds like Rob Gronkowski should brace for the worst.
When teammates were informed of the pictures that appeared in ESPN’s piece on the big tight end’s “softer side” — pictures that included Gronkowski snuggling up with kittens — they were taken aback at first. Then it became clear they’d likely be having some fun at his expense very soon.

“I’ll check it out,” Brady said when asked about Gronkowski’s photo shoot Wednesday. “I’m gonna look for it.” Told there was one photo in particular with Gronkowski wearing a furry hat, Brady smiled and replied, “Perfect. Fur and Gronk.”

“That doesn’t sound like it’s too good,” Devin McCourty said. “Topless with a kitten?”

As funny as the pictures are, apparently McCourty and Brady aren’t the only ones who haven’t seen them yet. It seemed as though no one else on the team had sorted through the incriminating evidence before Wednesday’s practice. McCourty hadn’t heard anyone hassle Gronkowski to that point in the day.

“Not yet,” McCourty said. “But I’m sure it might pick up.”
