(KULR News.com) MISSOULA, Montana – A Missoula man is facing charges of an alleged sexual encounter with his girlfriend’s dog.

Kenneth Dwayne Kellmer was charged Monday in justice court with deviate sexual conduct.

Court documents show that back in February Kellmer was at his girlfriend’s sister’s home when the sister walked-in on Kellmer engaging in a sexual act with her three-year-old Husky. The documents state Kellmer was on the floor, on his hands and knees while the dog was “humping” him.

Kellmer was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled for another court hearing in two weeks.

If found guilty, Kellmer faces at least 10-years in prison and up to a $50,000 dollar fine.
