Former elementary school principal sought for dealing heroin

Authorities believe Foust may be in Texas as he attempts to flee the country.


(MyFox8.com) HANNIBAL, Missouri – A former principal in Missouri, who is wanted for dealing heroin, is now on the run.

Police in Missouri said they think Joshua D. “JD” Foust is trying to get out of the country.

Meanwhile, two school days after police issued a warrant for Foust’s arrest, parents and the school district are responding.
Hannibal School District Superintendent Susan Johnson said the school district will cooperate fully as law enforcement investigates this matter.

The school is offering counseling services to students.
