Central Fla. man not wearing pants, stalked woman, exposed himself
(WKMG.COM) KISSIMMEE, Fla. – After seeing a man exposing himself, a woman spoke with Local 6 about the man who she said drove around without pants.
Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Wilfredo Nazario, 31, and charged him with indecent public exposure and stalking in the Monday afternoon incident.
The woman, who Local 6 is not identifying due to the nature of the crime, was waiting to cross the street at the intersection of Poinciana Boulevard and West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee when Nazario pulled up next to her.
When the woman looked over, Nazario, who was not wearing pants, began inappropriately touching himself, she said.
After the woman crossed the street, Nazario followed her through the 7-Eleven parking lot and to the America’s Best Motel, where she asked employees to contact deputies.
“I was walking really fast because I was scared. Like, this guy is going to kill me,” said the 29-year-old victim. “He targeted me because he saw me that I saw him doing that.”
Deputies said they received a report from another woman of Nazario touching himself inappropriately in the 7-Eleven parking lot.
Deputies found Nazario in the area and he told deputies he followed the first woman, but denied touching himself.
He was identified by the two women and booked into the Osceola County jail.
The victim said she worries he will get out of jail and do it again.
“I don’t want him in the streets because I have kids,” she said.
Local 6 has learned it’s not the first time Nazario has been accused of this type of crime. Court records show he was arrested in 2009 in Orange County for exposure of sexual organs.
