(BTLS Staff Report) TAMPA, Fla. – The National Football League released its preseason schedule on Thursday.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have the top pick in this month’s draft, will open up with a road game against Minnesota. The date of the contest will fall between August 13 and 17th.

It will mark the first time the former NFC Central rivals have met during the preseason. Tampa Bay’s defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier spent seven years in Minnesota – including three years as head coach.

The Bucs will play back-to-back home games against two teams from Ohio – the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cleveland Browns. The Bengal game will be featured on ESPN’s Monday Night Football.

Specific game dates and times will be released following the finalization of a national TV broadcast schedule.

The Bengals and Bucs last played a preseason contest in 2004. The teams have played 12 times in practice games with the Bucs winning eight of them.

Tampa Bay closes out the preseason with a game against their in-state rival Miami. It marks the 15th consecutive year the Bucs and Dolphins have played in preseason and 30th time overall.

The Bucs have captured three of the last four but Miami leads the overall series 17-12.

Tampa Bay is currently offering season pass memberships at a wide variety of prices. They start at just $30 for adults per game and $15 for youths per game.
