I have to agree with Luis Vargas…. I do believe that Mark Lundsford is reaping a very nice salary for the death of his daughter. I am very saddened by the death of Jessica, and the sadness it has caused her family. But, my view on the Lunsford Law should have been for the sexual abuse and death to a child for the Life Sentences. There are alot of men and women that used lack of judgement and acted on the actions from younger people and get caught and it was one mistake, no priors, no other acts to a younger person and they get Life in prison… this is CRAZY, you can murder someone and get less than that and we wonder why our prisons are overcrouded…. Good Luck Mr. Lunsford, and i can only hope that some day you find it in your heart to reword the Lunsford Law…. It just isnt fair for the men aqnd women that have one incident and are spending LIFE in prison….. PLEASE HELP CHANGE THIS LAW.

WOW, Citrus County sure is messed up. This all went on right in front of community. There are many people who know that this “father” was out partying the night his girl was taken. Just think if had been at home where he belonged, being a dad instead of letting his mother care for the girl. I think he should start a new foundation….FATHERS STAY HOME.

You must be a friend of Mr Lunsford, because the general public – especially the citizens of Citrus Co know what a loser this guy is. Everyone grieves for the loss of Jessica. For a parent to by his own admission take an annual salary of over 100k from the very foundation founded for Jessica is a crock. He went from making minimal wages driving a backhoe to drawing 100k in salary and you do not think he is profitting from his daughter’s death??I hope the IRS puts the screws to Mr Lunsford.

Repo clearly you didnt listen to the show or read this article clearly there is evidence to support Mr. Lunsford in useing his monies he has raised inappropriately.
