12 Boobs of Christmas®



A Bubba The Love Sponge® holiday tradition returns! It’s the 12 Boobs of Christmas. We’re giving away a dozen pairs of new breasts done to perfection by legendary plastic surgeon Dr. Dan Diaco. While others are stuffing their stockings, Bubba’s making dreams come true with the 12 Boobs of Christmas.


The 12 Boobs of Christmas® will begin on 12:01 a.m. eastern time (“ET”) on October 19, 2009 to 11:59 p.m. ET on December 04, 2009. No exceptions!

After reading the Rules and Privacy Policy, Download the ZIP file. This file will contain the Release and the Affidavit. Fill out the Release, the Affidavit, attach a photograph that should show entire face and full length of a clothed body, and some form of Personal Identification (driver license, valid passport ect…) to verify minimum age of 21 years old. When you have the Release, the Affidavit, the Photo, and a copy of your ID; submit the information several different ways:
