12 Boobs of Christmas® – Download
When you download the ZIP file, it will contain two (2) files. The first file is “Aff-BRN-12Boobs2011.pdf” which is a blank release/affidavit that must be printed out and signed. The second file is “R-Bubba-12BoobsXmas2011.pdf” which contains the rules. After signing the Affidavit/Release, submit them by:
1. E-Mail to 12boobs@btls.com
2. Submissions will be accepted during the several Events for the 12 Boobs of Christmas®
